The use of boron carbide ceramic nozzle
Based on the characteristics of the boron carbide ceramic nozzle material itself, it has been widely used in many fields, mainly for the following purposes:
1. Wear-resistant material. Because boron carbide ceramics have extremely high hardness and good wear resistance, they are used in the field of nozzles to obtain good results.
2. Abrasives. It can be used as an abrasive for grinding hard materials such as cemented carbide, ceramics and precious stones.
3. Anti-oxidation material. Boron carbide is usually added to metals and carbides as an oxidant.
4. Corrosion-resistant materials. At room temperature, B4C ceramics are stable, almost non-reactive with all acids and bases, and can be used as corrosion-resistant materials. It is mainly used in petroleum, chemical industry and construction industry, and is also widely used as a sealing material for welding steel parts and high-speed rotating shafts of water pumps.
